I began studying Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan with Master Tingsen Xu in 2004 in Atlanta. Later, I trained with Marjorie Jackson in Austin, TX and began teaching with her. I have always loved the way Tai Chi works both your body and your mind and can be practiced by anyone of any age. In my classes, it is important to me to balance the meditative aspects of Tai Chi with the practical martial applications of the form.



I continue learning no matter how long I practice. I go to yearly training camps with Jane Golden & Master Tung Kai Ying.
